Suggest Treatment For Itching Ringworm Like Spot On Wrist

I have a ring worm looking mark on my right side of my wrist it itches and when I scratch it I notice that it looks like I am scratching the skin off and I have a rash on my chest darker than my skin color and it looks like I have been burt with hot water

mantain hygine. clean the skin with sterile swab. apply wheitfield oint ment over rash. cantake levocetrizine 5mg tablet twice daily. over chest apply pregmatarointment. if does not improve then consult dermatologist.
