Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Vagina In Diabetic Patient

Hi I have severe itching down below, no inflamation, no discharge, nothing seems to calm it. I have tried canestan thrush cream, but hardly any effect.

I wear cotton underwear, do not use soaps/shower gels to cause the problem. I am diabetic and my sugar level is always around 15.

Dear madam i can understand your concern.in my opinion there is some kind of infection in your vagina.
usually infections are most common if your sugars are not under control.
i can see that your sugars are in a very bad control.
i suggest you to control your sugar before thinking about any treatment for itching of vagina.
kindly let me know the medications what you are using along with your height and weight,to assist you better
