doctor i got infected from a boy who had white dust like powder on his glans penis. he touched my penis and i got infected. i had itching for two three days then i am having inflammation in the throat. there is a white powder like substance in the throat.

Noted your short history and developing inflammation of the throat and having white appearance in throat.
Well, touching each others private parts can not really cause any throat problem unless there was any oral sex or so.
The appearance of the throat can be due to a condition called pharyngitis which can show red spots with white appearance in between.
Get a consultation and examination done by your regular Doctor, strep throat swab, blood test and get treated as per the cause found.
Do the gargles at bed time.
Plenty of oral fluids.
Oral hygiene, proper toothpaste can help a lot for early and proper recovery.
If required your Doctor would prescribe proper antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines as needed.
