Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Irregular periods can be due to hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease.
These are also the major causes of irregular or no ovulation and hence inability to conceive.
I will suggest you to get your hormonal profile done including thyroid hormone, prolactin levels and an ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
