OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Irregular periods can be due to hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, uterine pathology or local lesions in cervix or vagina including cervical cancer.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including ultrasound and hormonal disturbances and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
