Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation And Wrist Pain

I have been having my periods now for nearly 5 years. They have always been irregular and I often suffer from wrist pain during my period. I have enquired this issue with my GP but they have never taken any interest in this matter. Please can you tell me why I suffer from wrist pain during my period and can you tell me how to avoid this from happening in the future? Thank you

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Irregular periods may be due to hormonal imbalance or low hemoglobin or thyroid problem. Have a gynecologist consultation to diagnose why you are having irregular periods. Wrist pain during periods may be due to hormones. Multivitamin supplements will help this to overcome.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
