Hi,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. In the current scenario, the problem is not with your Fallopian tube. You seem to be experiencing some hormone disturbance and this needs to be explored and treated to get the cycles back on track. A proper clinical evaluation, blood counts, urinalysis, check for local infections, polyps etc. and hormone assay are needed apart from a sonogram of the pelvis. Styptics to arrest the bleeding and a couple of hormone courses usually help to solve the problem. As you are anxious to conceive, ovulation status should be established along with assessment of other factors. Hope this helps.
