You seem to be experiencing some hormone disturbance and this needs to be explored and treated to get the cycles back on track. A proper clinical evaluation, blood counts, urinalysis, check for local infections, polyps etc. and hormone assay are needed apart from a sonogram of the pelvis. Styptics to arrest the bleeding and a couple of hormone courses usually help to solve the problem. As you are anxious to conceive, ovulation status should be established along with assessment of other factors. Hope this helps.
