HI
Well come to HCM
without the EKG tracing this can not be decided whether this is irregular heart beat or not in very severe condition this induces very typical symptoms of syncope and this is medical emergency demands immediate attention and treatment, better to confirm the condition and EKG and ECHO would be the test that could clear the doubt, hope this helps, have a nice day.
