Suggest Treatment For Internal And External Hemorrhoids

Hi i have been having problems with internal and external hemorrhoids bleeding a swelling to a point i can t use the restroom and if i do manage, the toilet if full of blood. My GI doctor has prescribed hydrocortisone suppositories for the second time in a month. I am in so much pain ....i have the done the cream, ointment, suppositories, and sitz bath, ice pack ....is there ANYTHING else? Please help!!!!!

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Creams containing hydrocortisone and anesthetic like cinchocaine will be helpful for local application for hemorrhoids of 1st and 2nd degree. Stool softeners like softovac and sits bath is usually helpful also. In case of infection bleeding and pain can be more also. For such case i would suggest antibiotics like ciprofloxacin and metronidazole for short duration. If there is no improvement then surgical management of hemorrhoids should be considered.
