He,lol I was taking conceived tablets past a month......and sustenance 400 from 15 days.....my last period was 30th of august.......I have a 24 day cycle.....tomorrow I had to check if I had conceived but today started bleeding and back pain.......what should I do

First of all get your husbands semen analysis. If abnormal consult an andrologist and treat him.
You will need a hormonal analysis on day 2 of your periods with ultrasound scan to find out ovarian function.
If everything is normal patency of fallopian tubes has to be done .
