Suggest Treatment For Infertility While Having Stage 4 Endometriosis And Acute Appendicitis

Hi Doc! Recently found out I have stage 4 endometriosis cyst and acute appendisitis after having pelvic laparatomy surgery. Was wondering if anyone has any good tips to manage it and try to conceive. Any info would be great! Thanks! I am 33 years old.

Hi. I would like you to know that you should hurry a little bit regarding the age. Because after 35 years old, the abbility gets lower. Endometriosis is a state, which worsens the ability of ovary to form folicles and thereforw worsens the ability to concive. On the other hand, you have appendicitis. Intestinal or bowel infections harm the Fallopian tubes. So I would say to you to do a Laparoscopy, so you take off the endometriosis cyst, take off the appendix and make the proof of tubar passage.
