Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 12 year old daughter has had several episodes of adominal pain followed by fainting spells in the past several years. She's had many tests done including being checked for diabestes, which all came back negative. Yesterday she showed me her finger which was very infected due to pulling a cuticle, it was swollen appeared to be a greenish color. We drained and disinfected it and now it looks much better, not as red and swollen. Should I still be concerned?
Hi, It seems that there might be having bacterial infection producing abscess on the part. Now as pus is drained, it will be healed up gradually. Clean local part with warm water and go for dressing with antibiotic cream daily. Ok and take care.
