Suggest Treatment For Inducible Ischemia And Pain In Chest And Shoulders

hello sir this query is about my father,he is 50yrs old& he is suffering from depresson for about 8 yrs now,from the last year he has been suffering from chest & shoulder pain,he is under medical supervision now & the doctor just did TMT & the result shows that he is positive for inducible ischaemia.his weight is 52 kg & he is 5 ft 5 inches tall. what should we do now .should we go for angioplasty

hai,

inducible ischemia is treatable depends on the level of ischemia(decrease in blood supply to tissue) occurred in the heart muscles.

At certain level it can be treated with the oral medication. correlating with physical symptoms and investigation reports cardiologist will recommend for the procedure(angioplasty) if it is necessary.
