Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroidism

Hi I am 47 year old female. Approx. 5 yeras ago I was disgnosed with hypothyroidism and pernicious anemia. I have vit B12 injections and take 75mg levothyroxine every day. I am gaining weight each week no matter what I do. I have restless leg syndrome, thinning hair, no outer third of eyebrows, fatigue, no energy, I have had to reduce my hours at work because I can t cope with fulll time hours. I also have high cholesterol 5.9 and chronic kidney disease at stage 2/3. I have a permanently sore tongue, mouth nd sore throat. My blood test always come back normal but I feel awful. I have had tests such as barium enema, chest x hand feet xrays, seen a dermatologist who tested me for lupus and scleroderma ( negative) and rheumatologist who suggetsted fibromyalgia but I know its all related to my thyroid. I cant get my doctor to change my medication and I am at my eits end. Please help!

Hi. I would like to ask if what is your current thyroid hormone results? particularly TSH. because it seems that you are manifesting all the signs and symptoms of hypothyroidism. If its always has been normal, then probably i would think more of a pituitary disease. There are no other treatment for hypothyroidism except levothyroxine. if i were the attending physician, what i will do is increase the dose basing on your tsh level.
