Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroidism With Biabetes

I have a daughter. Who is type 1 diabetic and in the last year she has become extremely fatigued her doctors have run blood work. Her thyroid is low but within normal range her estrogen is also unstable...she s lost like 20 lbs she has periodontal disease, she has a rash on both hands that only subsided when she received a steroid shot but it has returned. She has been on her menstrual for 3 months even after her obgyn put her on a pill she s still on it .Her hair is thinning she is 24. I feel she isn t getting the therapy she needs

Your daughter is possibly suffering from polyglandular endocrinopathy,a condition in which multiple hormonal disturbances with skin changes occur.She needs complete workup in tertiary care setup for treatment.
