Hello ma'am and welcome.

The treatment of hypothyroidism during pregnancy is same as that in a woman who is not pregnant. A synthetic form of T4 is administered at a well calculated dose to help ensure a steady and normal thyroid profile during pregnancy. So please consult your doctor and follow his/her instructions throughout pregnancy with regular follow-up visits.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
