Suggest Treatment For Hole Above Anus In 20 Days Baby

My new born son has a tiny hole in his back just few inches above his anus. I consulted my pediatric consultant, he
advised me to visit a pediatric surgeon and have mri . He said that it causes problem in limp movement and he told me that the movement of your baby is good. My son is 20 days old, please advise

Greetings of the day

Its precoccygeal sinus. If there is no vertebral abnormality , teethering of cord is ruled out by MRI then there is no cause for concern.
If the limb movements are good then its unlikely to be of any worry.
