Suggest Treatment For High BP, Gastric Problem, Chest Burn And Pain In Shoulders

Im on 25 male. From 6 month i have high bp problem. I have gastric problem also. This is like Suddenly I feel shoulder pain and gastric problems like chest burn, discomfort etc. And it imbalance me. Then my heart bpm increases. But taking 10 min rest i become normal. It happens several a day. I told a doctor he prescribe clonazepum and esomeprazole but it wont work. What will I do?

Thank you for asking on HCM. I have gone through your case and I can understand your concern. You said that your heart rate is increased, there's nothing to worry about because it is related to pain. Talking about clonazepum and esomeprazole, I would say just give them several weeks to give their proper effect. Diet is also important:
A. Eat a lower fat, bland diet.
B. Eat four to six small meals a day instead of three larger meals.
C. D on’t eat 2 to 3 hours before bedtime.
D. Avoid chocolate, garlic, onions, citrus fruits, coffee (including decaffeinated), alcohol, highly seasoned foods, and carbonated
beverages.
E. Eat slowly.
