I am fighting hidradenitis suppurativa currently, I am showering in the a.m. Using dial antibacterial soap, a loofa for the areas prone to breakouts. Then I use alcohol swabs on the sites, I am taking 600 mg of turmeric, 1 iron, 1 cinnamon, then I use aerosol deodorant. At night I shower again take another 600 mg of turmeric, 1 cinnamon, zinc, and then I use certain dri on my armpits, groin, and under my breasts. What I am asking is although I see a difference in the last few weeks using this regiment is it safe for long term?
