Suggest Treatment For Hepatitis

Hi Doctor, I am a 27+ old male. I have been hbsag, Hbeag +ve since past 5 years. I have been monitoring the blood samples for every 6 months. But there has been no changes. My last viral load was 15000 IU. Now I have been suffering with cough and cold since past 2 weeks continously. this morning i was splitting the flum out. I got bloob in it. Please let me know if this is a serious pro-state of HBEAG and i need to be hospitalized immidiately?

hi.
thanks for posting query at HCM.

HBsAg can not be completely eradicated in a patient suffering from HepB.
however, complications maybe prevented if proper medication is taken and proper diet plan is followed.
Treatment is advised IF high values of liver enzymes AND high viral LOad on a PCR.

if HBV DNA count in PCR are not high,
Liver enzymes should be monitored regularly while HepB markers maybe checked every 6 to 12 months.
