Suggest Treatment For Heavy Vaginal Bleeding While Having Fibroids

I m peril-menopausal, have a couple of fibroids found recently after 2 episodes of unexplained constant heavy bleeding. After 7 days of the first episode, I started to feel dizziness/vertigo. This hasn t stopped. Its not severe, but daily I feel weird vertigo flashes. I am 50..soon to be 51. I take Sertraline for anxiety disorder. Have done so for couple of years now. What s the likely cause of dizzy feelings? My youngest sister has MS, which my Uncle, Mums brother succumbed to years ago. I doubt if its related to my problem though. Possibly, I have low B12, or low blood pressure?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if it is menopause and have some functional elements then it is likely to have some vertigo and dizziness, still better to get done some test, even for the heavy menses it is better to have ultrasonography test, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
