Hi,
I understand your concern.
There are multiple causes of excessive bleeding in periods,in your case where size of uterus is enlarged, I feel , hormonal imbalance, fibroid uterus, pelvic inflammation. endometrial polyp.
* You need a detailed physical examination by a gynecologist followed by investigations like CBC, Hormonal assay/ pathological examination of endometrial biopsy , USG abdomen.
Once the diagnosis is confirmed, treatment can be planned according to cause.
Treatment consists of medicines( hemostatics /NSAID with antibiotics/HORMONES in various forms.) or surgical ( D&C/ Hysterectomy)
Till then You can take Gynae CVP 2 capsules three times a day if you are bleeding at present.
Thanks.
