Hi,

The symptoms may not be explained by fluid in both the ears. It may be related to nerve involvement including trigeminal nerve. At times stress may be causing all these symptoms. Since MRI is clear, we are not dealing with anything serious. Do consult a doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhishek Juneja, Neurologist
