good day sir!! im 19yrs old.. i just wanted to ask if i should be worried about me experiencing some kind of a brainfreeze.. but instead of the brain.. its the heart. this started few days ago whenever i drink an icy cold drink..my friend said im having a heart burn..but she s not sure..

Heart burn is related to acid reflux or regurgitation of stomach content into food pipe
Icy clod drinks produces lots of gas in stomach and condition called aerophagia
Apart from heart burn it also produces bloating and and abdominal discomfort
in my opinion you should avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food and carbonated drinks like cold drinks
