Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This could be tension or band headache. Try to maintain a straight posture and read. You can take paracetamol during your examination period to study optimally. You can practice neck exercises easily available online . Do not worry at all, it is the most commonest complaint of headache. Drink a glass of milk after dinner and sleep early. Early in morning at least find time for 10 minutes to do warm up exercises. This would suffice during exam times to keep you both physically and mentally fit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Suhas Chauhan
