Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to a metabolic disorder, as well as a hormonal disorder.
For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical exam and some tests:
- complete blood count
- thyroid hormone levels
- blood electrolytes
- PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation
- fasting glucose
- a urine analysis.

A brain MRI may be needed, in case of hormonal imbalance, in order to examine better the pituitary gland.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
