Suggest Treatment For Headache And Eye Pain In A Child

3 year old. Complaining of head hurting and eyes hurting. Seems a bit lethargic, but still talking and somewhat active. Do I just do a tylenol/Ibprofun switch off or take her to the after hours clinic? Won't really let me take the temperature, but the ear thermometer said 101.
