Suggest Treatment For Headache And Blurred Vision

Hi- My 18 year old son has been having strange headaches... first his vision becomes blurry, his left hand (fingers and palm) becomes numb and then a headache. The vision issue and numbness go away and the headache follows... he is very fit and plays multiple sports in high school. The headache pain goes from mild to moderate- fairly severe. He can take ibuprofen and/or tylenol take a nal and it usually goes away. Any thoughts?\
