Suggest Treatment For Headache And Acidity Problem

I suffer from acidity frequently and have headaches as a result. Lately , I have been suffering from a continuous headache, since last three weeks which increase or decrease in intensity at different times. Is it due to acidity? How can I get rid of it?

first treat acidity. take bland dieat. avoid fast food take fresh fruits and vegetable. take tab let omiprazol and poly crol gel. refrain from alcohol and smoking avoid deep fried things and hot tea or coffee.take less oil and spicy food.
