Someone slamed my head into the corner of a wall and now I feel light headed a little dizzy and my vision is a little foggy and I have a slight headach when I move my head around I get jolts of dizzyness and jolts of pain behind my eyes like needles behind my eyes. I feel like im in a dream. My head was hit towards the back upper left side. I want to go to sleep cause I feel tired now. Should I be alarmed or if I have to stay awake how long for because its almost midnight.
I would recommend you be seen in an ER because your symptoms do not 100% rule out the possibility of an intracranial bleed. Much better to go to the ER tonight and spend a few hours to get a CT scan of the head..even if it's normal rather than going to sleep with a slow bleed and then, not being able to wake up or alert anybody to there being anything wrong until someone discovers that you could be having trouble. Again, you should go to the ER NOW...have someone drive you or call 911. Please CLICK THANK YOU and if you could add a 5 star rating I would greatly appreciate it.
