Suggest Treatment For Head Injury In A 3 Week Old Baby

I was feeding my 3 week old baby and I dropped the bottle on her head. She hasn t been crying and I even gave her a bath. I don t see that the soft spot has sunken in but she is my first and I am worried that I hurt her. The bottle is a six ounce bottle and was completely empty at the time. Should I take her to the hospital? Is this a serious issue. Please help!
