Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having hard bump and black eye following injury. This indicates hematoma as a result of collection of blood in the layers of skin of eyelids and eye brow. This does not require treatment and it will resolve over 1-2 weeks as the blood gets absorbed.Use of cold compression and antiinflammatory drugs is of help.

However eye examination and test like X ray or CT scan are required to rule out injury to the eye or to the bones around the eye.
Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.
Thank you
