As per your complain hairfall can occur due to a number of reason and dandruff is a common cause of hairfall that can be due to fungal infection of scalp.. Pimples can occur due to causes like hormonal imbalances, oily skin, clogged pores, bacterial infection and inflammation etc.. I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and for dandruff and hairfall he can advise you to apply shampoo containing Ketoconazole,coaltar, salicylic acid, zinc, selenium etc.. You can also apply steroid lotion over scalp.. Apply Minoxidil solution 5% to reduce hairfall.. Take multivitamin and Biotin supplements.. Apply creams containing Benzoyl peroxide and Clindamycin over the pimples.. Apply Adapelene gel at night.. Do cool compresses over the face.. Exfoliate your skin twice a week.. Wash your face with Salicylic acid and Glycolic acid containing facewash.. Apply creams containing Kojic acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin for reducing dark spots.. Limit sun exposure and apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun.. Take more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in diet.. Drink plenty of water.. Hope this information helps.. Thanks and regards.
