Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain and explanation of symptoms it seems that you have a PERIO-ENDO lesion in which the infection from gums when becomes severe reaches the root tips of the tooth and causes retrograde infection in tooth leading to Dental Abscess formation and severe pain and pain can radiate to jaw ,ear and head along with swollen lymph nodes..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated as he is an expert in diagnosis and reporting the x rays and will refer you to the another dental specialist with an optimum diagnosis..

As per the symptoms you have explained the treatment will be probably based on Root canal treatment of the affected tooth and scaling and root plaining of the teeth and gums..

As of now you can take Augmentin 625mg three times a day, Metrogyl 4OO mg three times a day, Tramadol 5O mg three times a day, Pantoprazole 4Omg once in morning empty stomach..

Hope this information helps..

If you find the answer helpful please give me a Five Star Review and click on found the answer helpful as a token of appreciation..
