Hye, last night my 9months old baby fall from bed. Her gums was bleeding as well as her tounge. When she fall, she was wearing her pacifier & i do found out that a slice of her gums was stuck still at her pacifier. Plus, she has 2 babies teeth growth at her upper gums & 1 at her lower gums. Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

There are just milk teeth or deciduous teeth, even if they fall off or are injured , they will fall at later date. It is unlikley to affect the permanent dentition.
Rest be assured there is no cause for concern.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
