Suggest Treatment For Growth Of Soft Tissue Mass Lession In Thyro Arytenoids Gap
There is a large 4.7 by 4.3 by 3.6 size ill-defined soft tissue mass lesion involving right pyriform sinus aryepiglottic fold right paraglottic space thyro arytenoids gap right vocal cord enterior commissure and subglottis. It is infiltrating into thyroid hyoid membrane and eroding right ala of thyroid cartilage with exo laryngeal spread there is erosion of right side of cricoids cartilage as well however no involvement of carotide artery and IJV is seen. Airway is narrowed.
