please doctor i need your help so much now and i will be glad if you reply asap, i noticed some growths on the base of my penis since two years ago,and when i went to visit the doctor i was told i had genital warts the cauliflower type,podowarts was prescribed for me and the doctor applied it properly on the affected areas once a week i was told to come back for check up the next week,but presently i am havin a burning sensation on the affected areas,it hurts real bad to the skin around my scrotum,the skin around my scrotum becomes dry and itching occurs,and now its peeling off and givin off d underlying skin and it looks so rough,i bought visita plus(antibact,antifungal,anti inflammatory cream) and it reduced d pains...i noticed the warts have shrunked in size and are darker and painful am really confused on what to do and the pain is so much....please what should i do..is it normal?
