USG also done along with detection of post voidal residual urine.... If needed antibiotic course given.... Second diabetis can cause this which is ruled out by you.... Urinary tract infection if present will be ruled out by urine examination.... Drink more water..... Avoid excess spicy.... If still cause not clear then neurological cause can be there.... Stress and cold whether are participitating factor. Consult urosurgeon or nephrologist for your condition ... Take care
