Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination

I have been urinating frequently and everytime i urinate before and after I have a bad pain in my clitorus area and in my lower abdomen like i have been holding my urine forever but I havnt. It is very uncomfortable. Any Ideas what could be wrong? I cant be pregnant my tubes are tied cut and burned and I have no STD's

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to the cystitis/UTI or stone in the urethra
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo urine routine, microscopic test and USg scan to confirm the cause
Following prescribed medicine will helpful:
Tablet septran Ds
Tablet flowmax
Syrup cital
Small stone can be excreted in urine by the diuretics like spironolactone.
Drink plenty of fluid (4-5 L/day) and fruit juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty it completely
Other treatment will depend on the test results.
