Thank you for asking Healthcare majic.

My name is Dr Ehsan &
I have gone through your query.

You have mentioned about your concerns of frequent urination since the
last four months
for which you have started
microflox 500 urimax
upon 2nd consultation.

you have mentioned mild infection with
abdomen normal and hiv neg.

I don't know whether you have complete this new prescription or not but
as a Dr , i suggest that you should complete this for the duration till which it's prescribed which is usually a week or two , depending upon symptoms of the patient and clinical assessment.

you haven't mentioned report of your Urinalysis which is one of the most important investigation in such conditions , i am not sure whether you had this test of not.

If after completion of this therapy , you still feel this issue then you consult Nephrologist .

Actually , the consultation in cases of frequent urination, varies between urologists and nephrologists depending upon age of the patient since after middle age, prostate gland enlarges due to body's hormonal Changes and that issue needs Urologist attention instead of Nephrologist
while most of the medical issues are dealth by nephrologist ...

you should complete this therapy and check the outcome.

if the condition is not getting better then you should consult Nephrologist for assessment and work up to role out cause and treat accordingly

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
