Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Difficulty In Penile Erection

My 20 year old son has had pain in his abdomen and groin for the past 8 months following a bladder infection. He had 4 rounds of antibiotics to get rid of the infection. He had a urinary tract scope that was normal, a ct scan that was normal, and normal bloodwork. Doctors have now prescribed seratonin. He says his genital function is not normal, and erections are not possible. He also has frequent urinations

Part of the problem is the serotonin causing the erection problem but he may also have low testosterone so his testosterone levels should be checked
