Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Cramping

I am having a lot of bladder issues. I always feel pressure and bloating and I feel like I have to urinate a lot but never a substantial amount. Sometimes when I go I feel cramping. I have had cultures done but they all come back negative! What could this be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

In the absence of urinary infection, the possibility of calculus or gravels in the urinary system are prime suspicious for the frequent urination and cramping with the second possibility of urinary tract narrowing.

In my clinic, I recommend uroflowmetry with CT scan and IVP to find out the cause and manage in the best possible way.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
