Hi There are multiple causes for persistent urgency to urinate. It would have been useful to have mentioned your age, gender and any medication you have tried or taking now which would have enabled me to give a personalised answer In general avoid coffee, tea, fizzy drinks and coke based products. I presume you might have had a urine analysis and culture, ultrasound of urinary tract, possibly a cystoscopy. You might also need a test called urodynamic to assess the bladder. There are multiple treatments available which can be instituted stepwise like oral tablets, patches on skin and if fails botox injection into bladder etc.
