General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The issue is from gastritis induced by late night dinner with spices content.

Primary guidelines at present:
- Prefer soft, light diet till possible
- Avoid dairy fat, spices, non veg, hot beverages, junk foods till possible at night
- Do not sleep within 2 hours of supper
- Prefer to do walking for 20 minutes after dinner
- Proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole or else, to be taken 1 hour prior to dinner helps great

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
