Suggest Treatment For Frequent Episodes Of Sneezing And Runny Nose
Hi, Its been a year or so I have a regular sneeze specially when I woke up in the morning and the sneeze continues for about 5-10 times nonstop. Sometimes its during the day too but mostly when I woke up. Moreover I have a flu symptoms almost frequently like runny nose. I mean i frequently get flu eventhough I had regularly yearly flu vaccinations.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are having chronic allergic rhinitis.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination or
Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily.
You will get relief.
