I have gone through the details provided by you. You need to see a doctor and get yourself investigated. However, hot compress will help in relieving your pain. You may also take crocin tablet (paracetamol) 500 mg two tablets together thrice daily for a few days and see if you get relief. You would also need to go for certain exercises on regular basis. Your doctor or a physiotherapist would be able to guide you in this regard.
