Suggest Treatment For Fluctuating Blood Pressure

MY blood preasure at the clinic is about 150/65 with a beat of 60 At home it is about 134/64 hp65 i was taking 5 mg of amlodipine besylate. Last week the dose was increased to 10mg per day. A week has pased and that top # doesn t seem to have changed and the bottom # is holding about the same. I was reading that green tea could help me lower the preasure. Are they right and how much would I take per day. Got any other meds that I could take with what I am now using to get down this 150# Thanks

Hi there... Allopathy prescribes medicines like amlodipine/ telmisartan , dosed accurateluy depending on your renal profile.. they are well researched medication , time tested.Green tea ( unflavoured)can be used as natural adjunct...you may take three cups a day..... the benefits of lowering blood pressure may be felt only with long term use.. but do continue your medications.. all the best
