Suggest Treatment For Fluctuating Blood Pressure

Hello, I have been having issues with fluctuating blood pressure, slightly elevated white blood cells, slightly elevated liver enzymes, right eye, right frontal and mid facial and head spasms with shooting pains. My family has been telling me I make this noise, which I seem to be oblivious to. They are now calling me, their little squirrel . I am sitting here taking a break with my husband; readjusting my hair and gently touching my scalp and I notice a quarter size slight indentation in the left side of my skull which I have never noticed before. Is that normal? If I take my hand and feel my hair and scalp lightly from the front center to the left side it is easily noticible.

Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! I would like to recommend you to consult a neurologist as your symptoms of headache, located to your rigt eye, right frontal (shooting pains), associated with elevated liver enzymes and white blood cells are highly suspicious for temporal arteritis. If left untreated properly it may be complicated with loss of vision. Another possible explanation of your symptoms is migraine, but less probable. You need to consult the neurologist for a comprehensive physical examination, and additional possible lab tests and other exams, to rule out these or other problematic disorders.
Regarding that indentation you have noticed, probably it may be present from birth; or is a consequence of any traumatic injuries. So don't worry about that.
Hope to have been helpful to you. Greetings! Dr. Iliri
