Hello,
I would suggest that you take a regular fibre supplement, which will help prevent fissures and allow early healing of fissures. For the current fissure I would suggest using local xylocaine and diltiazem ointment which will help with the pain. Sitting in a tub of lukewarm water will accelerate healing of the fissure.I would suggest appi like pantoprazole for acidity. Please consult your doctor for a prescription.
Hope this helps
