Suggest Treatment For Fibroid In The Uterus
I am 60 years lady. I have small intramural fibroid at the posteroor ultirine wall measuring 12.8. Large hypointense signal intencity mass seen inthe right adnexa measuring 67 into 52 lying close close to right lateral wall of the uterus. My uterus is wounded. What is its treatment? Please suggest me. I will be very thankful.

Fibroid treatment will depend on its size, location and severity of symptoms.
Your fibroid is very large and already uterus is inured.
I would suggest to consult the experienced gynecologist for proper treatment.
Gynecologist will remove the fibroid either by myomectomy or by hysterectomy (removal of uterus as you are not in reproductive state).
